WHAT SUSTAINABILITY PRACTICES DO YOU HAVE ?
The fashion industry is notoriously bad for the environment, from production to it's fast and faddish nature. Glory Box not only encourages you to only buy what suits you, what you love and what you need, but also does workshops to help you make better choices for yourself (see the blog for more updates in this department). We also have many waste reduction practices involved in our production- we re-use our fabric scraps in our jewellery and wrapping, and only produce in small batches as demand dictates. We are phasing out leather from out necklaces and are only using leather off-cuts for decoration. We source lots of our fabrics and decorative pieces from industrial waste facilities (like Reverse Garbage) and vintage detailing, and limit our need for newly made items where possible. We source locally where possible, and limit packaging.

WHO DO YOU CATER FOR?
Our size range goes up to plus-sizes and down to the extra-smalls. While it does vary from style-to-style, we do try to cater for as varied range of bodies as possible. We try to cut for a range of body shapes, and also make sure our colours are suitable for a range of skin tones. Many of our jewellery pieces can be made vegan-friendly, either add a note in your sale window or have a chat with us.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP OR SOMEPLACE I CAN MEET YOU?
Yes, if you are in Sydney you can make an appointment to visit at the home studio, or you can follow Glory Box on social media to find out where the next markets will be. If you are not based so close to me we can still have an online date, please get in touch.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
You bet we do! If there's a print you like and you can't find it in something you quite want, or you are looking for that bespoke decorative piece or theres a style you have in mind- we would love to hear from you. Some of our greatest pieces have come from collaboration with custom clients- let me at it!

WHAT SIZES DO YOU USE?
We base our sizes on the incredibly vague Australian sizing system. As our styles tend to err on the side of "free-size" and layering-friendly we tend to give guidelines where possible. Some styles don't vary much between sizes so we might only offer a few variant sizes. Please contact us if you have special fit needs, or would like more information on a specific garment or which size would be best suited for you.

WHAT ABOUT BREAKAGES & REPAIRS?
These things happen, but don't despair. While we try and make our resin pieces as sturdy as we can forces of nature can take effect and strings might break or cracks appear. As we know you love your Glory Box and you want it forever, please get in touch and we will help with a solution.

WILL MY PIECE LOOK THE SAME AS THE PICTURE?
We hope so! Please know that as each piece is handmade there is always going to be some variation. These make your pieces unique and are part of the charm of our processes. We try to make in batches so colours should be consistent with what you see in the photo. We will email you with a confirmation picture if we feel there is noticeable variation with what is in stock and you will be able to confirm.

DELIVERY- HOW MUCH IS IT AND DO YOU SEND INTERNATIONALLY ?
Domestic shipping within Australia is $5 flat fee, and express delivery is $7. Orders are processed in order that they come in though, and if your piece is on the re-make list (this will be noted in the description) choosing express won't speed up that time. However express does include tracking. Domestic orders over $100 are free. International shipping is a trickier one, currently we charge any weight at $10. Again, all orders over $100 are free. Our international courier is DHL and will require a signature on delivery. Most countries are covered internationally, however if you live somewhere a bit off the grid, please let us know before placing the order and we will confirm for you.

WHO MAKES MY CLOTHES?
Lots of people, actually. Sample Making and Pattern Cutting is often done by Lara or a few of her fellow designer friends in Sydney. Digital Printing is also done in Sydney, the Screen Printing is done by Lara in local studios. Some blank pieces are designed and made in Indonesia in small batches then brought to Australia to be printed on. It's a tricky question as each garment style often comes from a different place. We still make many pieces in Australia, but we do try to keep our processes as transparent and as environmentally sound as possible.
